Another Interested Buyer.....whoa!

I really hate for this entire blog to be about the house. That is the biggest thing going on with us right now though. I will just make this a quick little update. Turns out, there is another interested buyer. I do not have the details of their offer just yet. All I know is that there is another interested person and that is a good thing! The first offer is still in the process of the contract write up. We are still waiting on that. If that falls through for whatever reason, we have the 2nd buyer to fall back on so to speak.

In other house news, we have our final meeting with the builder on Feb. 16th. They break ground on the 19th and then we are on our way! Hunter is fortunate enough to be only 10 minutes away from the new area so he can make frequent visits to the building site on his lunch hour. I will be going out there on the weekends. Hunter did promise to take pics during the week since I am not able to make it then. It will be fun to see the progress of the house. Can’t wait!
