Finally, I got to go to Piranha's. You would think this place were an addiction or something the way I go on and on about it. Well, it is! Shannon and I took off to Keller first though. She wanted to see the show home which is the floor plan that we are having built. It was pretty cool to be back in there again because I have not been since our design studio appointment. So I got to picture our choices in the house. And I think we did pretty good. We spent about an hour and half in there just looking around and talking. We left from there and headed straight to Piranha. And mom, I know your reading this. I took those pictures with my phone specifically for you. I know you like a good martini and they have the best. And the sushi is something you really must try when you guys come back down here. Not all sushi has fish in it, but you gotta at least try it! Okay?! Okay! So any how, the way this restaraunt is set up is in such a way that you can end up having conversation with the people seated next to you if you so choose and them too of course. You are not sharing a table but you are sharing a long bench that runs the length of the wall. We were seated next to these two girls that were out, very much like Shannon and me, for a girls night. One of them was extremely friendly and apparently frequents sushi joints. She was nice to talk to and we learned of another place that we are going to try very soon. She claims they have good sushi as well. I think we were there for like 2 and half hours enjoying our food and talking and laughing. So, we get in the car and start to head home and this dang parking garage is designed in such a way that you have to go around and around and around until you reach the very top in order to get to the exit. When we finally reached the top I decided that next time I go there, I will just park at the top so the exit is right there when I get ready to leave. That is brilliant! Okay, so we are headed home and then at the last minute decide to go to Starbucks for coffee. When we walked in, it was a pretty odd feeling. We were the oldest people in there by like 10 years, easily. Maybe 15 for me because I am older than Shannon. Ugh! Always that oldest among my friends, except for you Melissa. ;)
So, you up for some sushi mom!?
