Day One of Running Program

This running program that I started incorporates strength training, stretching, cross training (any type of cardio activity) and of course running. I started this morning with the first day being cross training. I took my bike for the 30 minute treck and I have posted the link below of the results. It was fun, even though there was a lot of stopping and starting because of traffic, obstacles (including construction signs that had fallen over, people, mowers, running out of side walk, etc!) But I enjoyed it immensley. Tomorrow is a 3 mile run and you can bet I will be posting that link too! You don't have to look at it if you don't want to, but it will be there for those that are interested.
