After a few weeks of no running (for various reasons that some may consider excuses) and no weight lifting...I am back on the bandwagon and feeling great. Many days of searching area stores for the right at home gym equipment finally led us to Hest Fitness (shameless plug) where we purchases, free weights, dumbbells, racks for the weights, bench, cage with lat station that has upper and lower pulleys, bench press bar, leg attachment for leg curls and extensions and some other things...can't remember it all. Any how, we got our weight stuff situated and we are hitting the weights hard and heavy now. It feels good to lift again and it feels good to run again. I plan to sign up for a couple of races that are coming up in the spring time so I need to get moving. I would love to beat my last 5K time. I plan to run other races besides just 5K's. I simply need to train harder and make sure my knee will be nice to me!
I am happy to have an at home gym once again. Whoo hoo...strength and leaning out, here I come!

The only thing missing is the leg attachment which is on its way.
