Does That Make Me Crazy?

The title is a direct rip off of a segment on a morning radio show that I listen to every day. The title alone just got me to thinking, what do I do that others might consider crazy? And it also got me to observing people more. That part is great fun as long as you do it inconspicuously. What I have picked up on so far I think are more habits than anything else. Anyhow, here is what I learned about me after a week or so of really focusing on some of my odd behavior.

1) I add the numbers on license plates together. It is just a little game I play while sitting at a stop light or maybe when I am stuck in traffic.
2) No matter where I am, home, work, restaraunt, etc., if there are napkins or paper towels involved, I always take 3. If I miss one, I go back and get the 3rd one.
3) When I set the temperature in my car, the last number has to be an even number.
4) Before I start typing, I always rub the tips of fingers to my palms.
5) If my food is pretty, I take a picture.

Next up, my daughter.

1) Before doing anything, she rolls her wrists like she is popping them.

And, that is it. She was not very exciting to watch for odd behavior. She is 12 so everything she does is odd!

3rd on the list would have been my husband but to honest, he is boring. There are no quirky little things that he does. And when asked, he really really really had to think about it. The things that he pointed out did not fall into the crazy or odd behavior catagory. Things like, never opening a public restroom door without a paper towel, or not being able to read in room where people are talking. The other one was that he does a self check every morning when he gets in the car. Self check meaning: wallet, badge, keys, phone, laptop. That is not crazy or odd. That just means he is prepared.

I think I will be watching LaBrett and Gene when they are over this afternoon. There is a good chance I could be adding to this list!
