2nd Week Complete

I am a little late on posting the chart...and since Hunter gave my blog a plug in his email to the group, I figured I better get the chart up. So far so good for the majority of the group. But, someone who shall remain nameless is lifting A LOT and is building mucho muscle which is causing the scale to go in the opposite direction. But, the clothes are fitting better regardless of what the scale says. And we ALL know that muscle weighs more than fat. So there you have it. 

Side note: P90X Ab Ripper is pretty awesome. I could only make it through half of the video though. It is incredibly tough but I will prevail. I will win.
