We have been talking about doing this for about 2 years now and we finally did it. On Saturday, we put our earnest money down on a new home to be built in Keller! We picked out the lot, the floor plan, the elevation, the modifications to the floor plan, etc. We are so excited and cannot wait to get things going. This is just the beginning since we have only put down our earnest money. But this is the first step to getting us closer to the home we want to build. Obviously I will post details as they come but for now, we are just getting appointments with a realtor to sell our house and an appointment with the design studio to pick out the interior items for the new place.
