An Interested Buyer...?

I do not want to jinx this so I will keep my comments to a minimum on this specific topic. What I can tell you is that there is an interested buyer in our house. The realtor mentioned that this buyer is looking over the Sellers Disclosure report. Why would they go to the next step if they were not interested? That is all I am saying on the topic. Do not jinx it, right?! So, this weekend is Superbowl and I am very excited about it. My all time favorite performer is doing the halftime show. Who is this person you might ask? Well unless you have been under a rock for a couple of months now and know nothing of the halftime show, allow me to enlighten you. It is none other than PRINCE. Of course I am ready to see Manning win his first Superbowl. I hope the Colts kill the Bears. I think it is going to be a tight game and I believe that the Colts offense will struggle to protect Manning. But, I also believe that Manning will come through. You may think I am completely off base, but that is just what I feel in my gut! And don’t expect me to answer my phone on Sunday!
