I got home from work yesterday to find Hunter sweating profusely while putting Aubry's basketball hoop together. This thing is huge. I had no idea how big it was going to be until I saw it in its entirety and close up. It will be a lot of fun to play with, but a hassle to put up every time we are done with it. The HOA does not allow basektball hoops to remain on the street or up by your house on the drive way. They must be out of site. I am okay with that since it keeps the neighborhood looking nice. But man...this thing is a beast and not the easiest to maneuver.
On a less sweaty note, we had some time together last night. Just the 3 of us. We have been so busy lately that we have not really hung out a lot. So last night, we did just that. We went and had dinner at Pei Wei, walked around South Lake Town Square for just bit while waiting for our 9:10 movie to start. Once the time rolled around, we got popcorn and drinks and then found our way to the theater. We were the first ones in there which is very rare. It was awesome to have first pick of the entire seating! We saw Pirates of the Caribbean ~ At Worlds End. It was awesome! I love me some Captain Jack Sparrow and Will Turner. The movie was quite long which landed us back at home around 12:30. Long day but fun none the less!
Tonight, 2 of Aubry's friends are coming to spend the night. Marissa and Payton will make their debut around 4:00. I need to go to the store and stock the kitchen with snack stuff and something fun for dinner. I already know what I am going to do, I just need to go get the stuff. For now, I am off to get some more coffee.
