Amendment to "award for Marc" posting

My brother was appreciative of the post I made regarding his Award for time served in Iraq. However, this morning I got an email from him in which he wanted to clarify some of the wording in my post. His title, which I took directly from the award, is a bit misleading. Marc says this about it, "Hey I just read your blog and I wanted to clarify something because you make me sound like General Norman Schwartzkopf (I appreciate it, it's just a little incorrect). I'm not THE Senior Chief Intelligence Specialist in the Navy. I'm A Senior Chief Intelligence Specialist. That's my actual rank. There are about 100 Senior Chief Intelligence Specialists in the Navy."

I don't care what he says, THE Senior Chief, A Senior Chief....It is still cool!
