Aubry's friend Marissa came over Friday late afternoon to stay for a couple of days. The girls don't get to spend a whole lot of time together so these last couple of days have consisted of lots of laughing and late late nights! They have always had a great time together whether it be running around the house playing hide-and-seek, playing on their DS's, or even eating. They remind me so much of Liz and me. We were pretty inseperable when we were kids. We had many late late nights and lots of laughing when we were just eating too! And you know, even to this day, it is still the same. I see that for Marissa and Aubry too. So any how, yesterday I decided to hit up the huge sale at New York and Company. I took the girls with me so we could catch a movie (of their choice). I was really hoping for the chipmunk movie but our guests preferece (Marissa) took precedence over what I wanted to see. Soooo, we ended up watching Enchanted. It was pretty cute. Nice to see Disney making fun of itself. We got home and had dinner. I disappeared to the media room to watch the Patriots/Giants game. Looked like the Giants were going to be the ones to take the perfect season out from under the Patriots. In the end, Brady rallied back to win yet another game. I heard one of the commentators refer to Brady as the golden boy and other commentator's tone in his response to that was pretty much disgust. Kind of made me laugh a little. I agree that the Patriots are a spectacular team, but the hype is enough to make even the most avid football fan roll their eyes.
Off to get some coffee and bide my time before the girls wake up. I think I will make pancakes this morning!
