So, there it is. The lovely chart. I will post this each week so you can see the progress of the No Named Participants. Some asked for special colors but the chart wizard in Excel would not let me select the colors for the graph, at least not that I could find. Oh well. Looks like every one is stuck with various shades of blue.
I did survive the P90X Cardio X this evening. I will post my review tomorrow.
