Last night, Hunter, Aubry and I went to the Texas Speedway in Kennedale to watch sport bike drag racing. I can literally hear the eye rolls from some of you but it was so cool to watch. There were some ridiculously fast bikes out but the fastest bike was a Hiabusa that posted a 4.7 second time on the 1/8 of a mile track. I enjoyed it, Aubry enjoyed it and you know Hunter enjoyed it! We met a few people out there that are friends of Hunter's and they all ride together as well. One of the wives was there because her hubby wanted her there. I thought that was very nice of her to give up her evening for an event she was not particularly fond of. Sometimes you do what you gotta do and it just may turn out to be something you really like. You never know until you go.
I woke up this morning and hit the streets for my 4 mile run. If you're interested, I posted all the links of my run times and cross training times on the left side. I will keep adding to that for those that would like to see how I am progressing.
Today, we are taking Aubry to her Nana's which she will spend the next 9 or 10 days or something like that. It is a non camp week for her so Aubry gets to spend some good much needed time with her Nana.
